Unforgettable incentive to the celebrity hangout of Nevis, West Indies

The Brief

The objective of this annual incentive is to reward the top sales people within business for their performance during a 6 month qualification period.
Our brief was to find a destination that would motivate during the launch and deliver a high end beach chill experience combining group activities, exclusive dinners and unique experiences that the participants would never be able to experience on their own.

The Challenges

The unique challenges of this event were the list of criteria that we needed to fulfil including flight time, beach destination, all inclusive package, dining experiences and unique activities combined with the fact that this event has been running for 9 years and therefore the traditional destinations have been used previously.

The Solution

Using our destination knowledge and a little bit of creative thinking we worked in partnership with the Four Seasons Nevis, West Indies, to design a solution that ticked all of the boxes and absolutely delivered in terms of unique experiences.

During the event guests were treated to dinners both in the hotel and offsite at the wonderful Montpelier property, once a favourite with Princess Diana, as well as taking the stunning 5 bedroom private residence of the hotel for a private pool party complete with international DJ flown out from the UK!

The group took to the waves on their own private catamaran for the day during which we ticked something off many peoples bucket lists, swimming with dolphins.

The event climaxed with a ‘Slice of Lime’ gala dinner, with exclusive use of Mango restaurant, overlooking the ocean. Complete with full theming, a steel band and one of the Caribbean’s top band, saw the group party long in to the night.
