Orchestrating our client's biggest annual event of the year

One of our first events of 2024 was the flagship annual sales meeting for one of our highly respected global med-tech clients, marking the largest and most significant gathering of the year.

Bringing together the senior leadership team and 750 of their sales delegates from across the Americas, we were tasked with the meticulous organisation and execution of this event. This three-day conference, held in the vibrant city of Dallas, demanded an experience that would leave a lasting impact. From seamless logistics and eye-capturing branding, every element was designed to impress. The result? A dynamic, successfully executed event that exceeded expectations and set a new benchmark for future meetings.

Recognising the success of 2023

We secured the Gaylord Convention Center as the hotel and conference destination, which provided huge meetings spaces and offered premium accommodation to our client and their delegates. A bold and immersive branding strategy provided a cohesive identity from start to finish and ensured that all digital and print components complied with the theme of the event.

Cutting-edge AV production elevated keynote sessions, panel discussions, and transformed the conference center into an incredible awards ceremony. Prior to the event, a custom event app was designed and built to guarantee that all delegates had all the required information before attending. The project team streamlined logistics, travel, and accommodation, ensuring every attendee felt supported and valued, and ensured that all onsite aspects ran like clockwork!
