From boardrooms to ballrooms

Shore Events and Kia once again came together to create an incredible corporate celebration. For 2024, we took the season of the event to heart and created a Spring Ball filled with vibrant greenery, bright pink blossom, and beautiful flower décor!

The evening began with a welcome reception in the foyer, with music from the Herringbone Cocktail Club and a live champagne wall! The guests then moved into the main event space which had been transformed into a springtime garden. Attendees enjoyed a delectable three-course meal, captured memories on a 360° Photo Booth, and danced the night away to music from the incredible Candy Apple Blue.

Blossoms, beats & bubbles

With the help of our fantastic suppliers, the Kia Spring Ball was a standout event of the season. The venue was beautifully decorated with full-size blossom trees, a live champagne wall, illuminated signage, and carefully designed table décor, creating a memorable atmosphere for guests. Thoughtfully curated lighting and elegant floral arrangements further enhanced the space, adding a touch of sophistication.

Behind the scenes, Shore Events managed all aspects of the event, including creative direction and branding, delegate management, hotel sourcing, email campaigns, entertainment selection, and onsite coordination. From liaising with vendors to overseeing logistics, our attention to detail ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, making the evening a great success.
