A farewell dinner complete with private dining in the Bearfoot Bistro, sabering by the World Record Holder, a Canadian Photo Booth and a Vodka Ice Bar – this was a night never to be forgotten.

Every year we work with one of our automotive clients to build an incentive programme packed full of activities that will wow their UK Dealer Network. The incentive programme runs throughout Q1 with the trip taking place in May for the top 45 dealerships with their partners.

Working in partnership with the client, Whistler was chosen as the destination due to the combination of direct flights from the UK, the Four Seasons hotel and availability of unique activities.

Utilising the ‘journey to the top’ event identity and strong destination imagery we devised a creative and inspiring communication campaign leading to an exceptional performance by the dealer network.

We put together a unique programme including a bespoke Lumberjack day, privatisation of the Whistler zip lining for the group and a range of optional activities including quad biking, canoeing and a jeep safari which allowed the winners to build their own experiences during the trip.

The team at Shore challenge us with new destinations and always deliver, can’t wait to see what they come up with for next year.

400 pieces of wood chopped, 30 canoes, 25 jeeps and 650 zipline journeys, now that’s an incentive trip!

The best trip we have been on, we loved the fact we could choose from optional activities and the events team made booking these as easy as possible.
