The small details that make a big difference.

The importance of mental and physical wellbeing is undeniable when it comes to a workforce. There are many sessions we can create to break up a conference programme and encourage delegates to think about these things. A guided meditation workshop and a guest speaker on sleeping habits are just a couple of sessions we have run for this client in the past 12 months that can offer a new skill or introduce an alternative way of thinking.

We find that when running similar programmes regularly for the same client one of the best ways to distinguish an event from the last is to be creative in how you use the venue and to make the most of the season. At one venue the meeting room was an old church, so we reflected this in the stage set using church window shaped cut outs to provide a view of the stained-glass windows behind. An outside BBQ dinner on the terrace provided the perfect setting for a relaxing summer evening.
