Going the extra mile to exceed expectations

One of our longstanding automotive clients challenged us to find the perfect US destination for their sales managers’ annual incentive – San Francisco ticked all the boxes.

With a demographically diverse audience of 90 winners, San Francisco provided the range of activities, dining experiences and 5* hotel property required to incentivise the sales force to qualify and wow them during the event.

Feeding their enthusiasm.

Guests were taken on a culinary journey throughout the trip, getting to sample the city’s best steaks at Kuleto’s, the freshest seafood at the famous Franciscan and local wines at a farewell dinner at the urban vineyard Dogpatch Wineworks.

Private streetcar transfers helped to ensure that the group could move around the city with ease. A highlight of the trip saw the group navigate the iconic San Francisco streets in 40 GoCars.

We chose the Argonaut Hotel in the centre of Fisherman’s Wharf so that the group could easily explore the city and surrounding areas, such as the Napa Valley, where they were provided with a private tour, lunch and a trip to the iconic Alcatraz Penitentiary.

The ‘Bridge to Brilliance’ tagline and iconic Golden Gate Bridge imagery worked in unison to create a strong event identity that was used on electronic and print communication both pre-event and onsite.

San Francisco has been on our bucket list forever and you truly did it justice, thank you.

The GoCars were amazing, driving down Lombard Street we felt like celebrities.

The perfect combination of group activities and free time, well done.
