In November 2024, we successfully executed the third iteration of a Global Education Programme for one of our valued pharmaceutical clients. Held for the first time in Tokyo, our client aimed to deliver a world-class experience, bringing together industry professionals from across the globe. The goal was to create an engaging, interactive, and innovative event that not only educated, but inspired attendees.

To meet these objectives, we meticulously planned a dynamic two-day conference that included:

Diverse Speaker Sessions: A carefully curated agenda featuring an impressive range of presentations from industry leaders.
Immersive Technology: Interactive exhibits including VR headsets, holograms, and hands-on demonstrations to enhance learning and engagement.
Tech Fair & Innovation Suite: A dedicated space showcasing the latest advancements in pharmaceutical and healthcare technology, offering attendees a glimpse into the future.

From Concept to Impact

The event welcomed over 330 attendees from the APAC, US, and EMEA regions and the combination of cutting-edge technology and insightful presentations created an engaging atmosphere.

We provided full delegate management, and created an event app in which the delegates could access all necessary information. Additionally, we handled all hotel management and AV production, and with our creative partners at Space Worldwide, transformed the Hilton Tokyo into an incredible event space with eye-capturing venue branding. Through strategic planning, we delivered another high-calibre and impactful event.
