Viking nights under
the Northern Lights
When one of our healthcare clients asked us to find a unique destination for their annual conference Iceland jumped straight off the page as the perfect solution. The aim of the event was to bring the sales force together in an environment that would inspire and promote creative thinking as well as offering a number of activities for the group.
This included a visit to the Lava Cave, Blue Lagoon, as well as Super Jeeps and a bespoke Viking Gala dinner.
The perfect
location
The direct flights from UK airports, and a flight time of under 3 hours meant that Iceland was the perfect solution for this event providing a location that promoted creative thinking, a sense of togetherness and the ability to reward the sales team for their efforts throughout the year.
Whilst many would have seen the remote location of the hotel as a risk, we rose to the challenge providing the same level of audio-visual services and team building activities we would provider closer to home, ensuring the conference element was a great success.
Working in partnership with the client we made the most of every penny in the budget and minute of the day with the guests travelling between the Lava Cave, Geysers, Gulfoss Waterfall, Blue Lagoon and Viking Gala dinner in their own fleet of iconic super jeeps!
