Every year Kia host a Christmas party for their employees to come together and celebrate in a fun and rewarding atmosphere.
Our objective for the client was to create a ‘WOW’ traditional themed Christmas party for 225 employees in London.
Following the success of the last four Kia Christmas parties we have organised, we wanted to set the standard even higher to ensure this party was an unforgettable experience.

We were tasked with incorporating the feedback we received from previous parties to develop and grow the ‘Traditional themed Christmas Party’. Within this, we were asked to manage the registration, organisation of guest’s attendance and accommodation.
We worked closely with our vendors to secure the perfect venue for the theme and incorporated unique details, such as orange zest and eucalyptus Christmas scents, which evoked the senses and brought the Christmas theme to life.
As well as managing the theme, we were tasked with ensuring the smooth and seamless registration of guests attending the event. This included sending invitations, communicating event information and organising requirements for dinner and accommodation.
