With 930 delegates from 39 countries, 6 hotels, 2 group dinners, 13 external venues, a congress centre, country dine-arounds, 67 breakouts, 3 poster sessions, 4 group activities and an onsite team of more than 40 in January 2019 – this event was a beast!
From the Middle Eastern heat of Dubai in 2018, to the chic elegance of the French Riviera in Cannes in 2019, we put together bespoke programmes that provided the highest possible level of organisation and conference experience. This was further enhanced by authentic local experiences and evenings that made delegates forget that they were even in attendance at a conference.

Treating 930 delegates to a personalised, unique experience is no easy task, but we strived to go the extra mile to ensure that every attendee felt personally looked after, despite being part of such a large group. From tailored agendas on the event app, to proactively seeking the person with a nut allergy, we made sure that everyone’s needs were met.
At the end of the week, spectacular gala dinners enabled attendees to celebrate and unwind. Guests in Dubai were taken to a secret location in the desert for an elaborate dinner, consisting of music, lights, camel rides, calligraphers, sumptuous food, dancers and fire breathers.
In Cannes, guests arrived at a black-tie film festival gala, where they were photographed by the paparazzi as they arrived on the red carpet. Inside champagne, stuntmen, Cancan dancers wowed the guests while the Blues Brothers played.
